A Destination and Beloved Home

This is a presentation of Swing Bridge Landing, a proposed mixed-use, privately funded development of the Town owned property directly across Rt. 82 from the Goodspeed Opera House and Gelston House Hotel. The proposal includes several off-site improvements to be implemented by Town, State, and Federal funding. The proposal has been developed by Centerbridge Group, LLC, a development group managed by a husband-and-wife team, Jeff Riley and Mary Wilson, who live in East Haddam. They are both architects, and Jeff is a founding Principal of Centerbrook Architects and Planners, designers of the project. They have been assisted by Mike Goman of Goman+York, financial advisor, John and Karen Pollard of R.E.A.L., real estate consultants and brokers, and Sam Haydock of BL Companies, civil and environmental engineers.

This presentation is being made in advance of an in-person Public Hearing, to be held at the East Haddam Municipal Office Complex later in April or early May. Questions can be submitted at any time and will be addressed at the Public Hearing. Please email all questions to Jeff Riley, riley@centerbrook.com or mail to Centerbridge Group, LLC, P.O. Box 52, Hadlyme, CT 06439
